About this role
• Handle day-to-day accounting duties • Assist with account payable & receivable • Prepare monthly statement and report, and quarterly GST submission • Reconcile invoices and identify discrepancies • Participate in quarterly and annual audits • Create and update expenses report • Regularly reviewing and following up outstanding payment from customers • Inventory control • Perform yearly stock take • Liaise with external vendors on related accounts matters • Assist customer query and prepare sales quotation • General administrative duties • Provide general support to the Management & Finance Department • Any other ad-hoc duties assigned time to time Job Requirements • Bachelor of Accounting / Bachelor of Banking and Finance / Bachelor of Business Administration • Computer literate in Microsoft Office • Good initiative, ability to work independently and able to take instructions efficiently • Good team-player and interpersonal skills Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Salary: $2500.00 to $3500.00 /month Experience: • data entry: 1 year (Preferred) • Administrative Assistant: 1 year (Preferred) Location: • Kaki Bukit (Preferred)
