About this role
As a Manager in Sales-IT Solutions, you will lead the regional technical sales. Your role bridges the gap between complex banking technology and business value, driving revenue by demonstrating how FinnOne Neo/ Temenos Transact/ Oracle Flexcube's modular architecture—including its Customer Acquisition System (CAS) and Loan Management System (LMS)—can transform financial institutions. 1. Core Responsibilities • Strategic Sales Leadership: Develop and execute go-to-market strategies for FinnOne Neo / Temenos Transact / Oracle Flexcube across retail and corporate lending sectors to hit revenue targets. • Solution Architecting: Translate client business requirements (e.g., paperless lending, automated underwriting) into technical configurations using FinnOne Neo / Temenos Transact / Oracle Flexcube's 200+ out-of-the-box APIs. • Technical Demonstrations: Lead high-impact demos of FinnOne Neo / Temenos Transact / Oracle Flexcube modules, showcasing features like real-time credit assessment, Straight Through Processing (STP), and omnichannel customer journeys. • Bid Management: Oversee the technical response for RFPs/RFIs, ensuring all compliance, security, and integration requirements (e.g., with Core Banking Systems or Credit Bureaus) are addressed. • Stakeholder Engagement: Build relationships with C-level executives at banks and NBFCs, presenting FinnOne Neo / Temenos Transact / Oracle Flexcube as a "future-ready" cloud or on-premise solution. • Market Analysis: Stay updated on fintech trends such as AI-driven lending and regulatory changes to maintain FinnOne Neo / Temenos Transact / Oracle Flexcube’s competitive edge. • Business Development: Analyze regional markets to increase market share and develop accurate sales forecasts. Identify new client opportunities and work with internal teams (e.g., Marketing, Presales) to design tailored solution strategies. • Sales Operations and Performance Management: Oversee the entire sales cycle, from lead generation to deal closure, managing large-scale deals and leading client negotiations. Design and execute sales campaigns, follow up on leads, and ensure timely closures. Monitor team performance, provide guidance, manage escalations, and prepare sales dashboards and KPIs for management review. • Customer Relationship Management: Manage the entire sales cycle from prospecting to closing, maintaining a focus on customer retention through high-touch technical consultancy. 2. Technical & Domain Expertise • FinnOne Neo / Temenos Transact/ Oracle Flexcube / Proficiency: Deep understanding of the end-to-end loan lifecycle, from onboarding and disbursement to repayment and collections. • Cloud & Infrastructure: Knowledge of cloud-deployed lending platforms (AWS/Azure) and pay-per-use models. • Banking Domain: Strong grasp of financial products (cards, deposits, mortgages), NPA tracking, and regulatory reporting requirements. • Integration Knowledge: Familiarity with web services, API-based infrastructure, and connecting lending ecosystems with FinTechs. 3. Required Qualifications • Education: Bachelor’s degree in computer science/ IT/ Electronics Engineering or a related field. MBA or PGDBM is a plus. • Experience: 5–8+ years in B2B enterprise software sales or solutions engineering, specifically within the Fintech/Banking sector. • Proven sales professional with experience in selling IT services (Application, Consulting, and Infrastructure services), particularly those supporting digital transformation. • Mobility: Willingness to travel (potentially up to 50%) for client meetings and international trade shows. • Communication: Exceptional communication and negotiation and influencing skills to engage with diverse stakeholders.
