Leasing Strategy & Revenue Optimization • Develop and execute leasing strategies across F&B, retail, pop-ups, and experiential spaces • Establish pricing frameworks, lease structures, and commercial terms to optimize revenue yield • Identify and unlock new revenue streams through innovative and flexible space usage • Monitor occupancy, rental performance, and revenue targets, and implement corrective actions where needed Strategic Partnerships & Deal Execution • Lead the end-to-end leasing cycle from prospecting to deal closure • Identify, engage, and secure tenants, brands, and operators • Negotiate and structure lease agreements, including partnerships and revenue-sharing models • Build and maintain a strong pipeline of prospective tenants and partners Tenant Mix & Precinct Curation • Curate a balanced and differentiated tenant mix to drive footfall and engagement • Align tenant strategy with precinct positioning and target visitor profiles • Continuously review and refresh tenant mix based on performance and market trends • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure alignment with events and programming Market & Portfolio Insights • Conduct market research and competitor benchmarking to identify trends and opportunities • Analyze tenant performance data (occupancy, sales, footfall) to support decision-making • Provide recommendations on rent reviews, renewals, and space optimization • Support reporting and forecasting in collaboration with finance and commercial teams Skills & Requirements • Degree in Business, Marketing, Real Estate, or related field • Minimum 10 years of relevant experience in leasing, business development, or real estate asset management • Strong track record in F&B, retail, venue, or mixed-use developments • Proven experience in negotiation, deal structuring, and partnership management • Strong understanding of market trends, tenant behavior, and consumer experience Key Competencies • Strong commercial acumen and strategic thinking ability • Hands-on, proactive, and comfortable in a fast-paced environment • Strong leadership with ability to build and guide teams • Independent and solution-oriented mindset • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills • Ability to balance commercial outcomes with placemaking and long-term precinct strategy Yee Jie Ling Jaslin (R1440114) Business Edge Personnel Services Pte Ltd (96C4864)
