Manager / Senior Manager, Asset (Central) Ref: JY

• Develop and implement long-term asset lifecycle strategies, including replacement, refurbishment, and optimization plans • Define asset standards (criticality, lifecycle, maintenance approach) and align them with operational needs • Maintain a robust asset register, ensuring data accuracy, completeness, and proper governance processes • Establish reporting frameworks, dashboards, and data insights to support decision-making • Lead annual CAPEX planning and forecasting based on lifecycle needs and asset condition assessments • Prepare business cases with cost-benefit analysis and priorities investments based on risk and criticality • Support tender planning by defining technical specifications for asset-related projects • Monitor CAPEX utilization and track performance of asset renewal initiatives • Conduct asset condition assessments and reliability reviews for critical systems • Analyze failure trends, identify root causes, and implement corrective and preventive actions • Establish KPIs and drive continuous improvement to enhance asset performance and reduce lifecycle costs • Identify and implement sustainability initiatives, including energy-efficient upgrades and modernization plans • Evaluate new technologies and support long-term asset modernization and ESG goals • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to align asset strategies with operational and business priorities Skills & Requirements • Degree in Facilities Management, Engineering, or related field • Minimum 10 years of relevant experience, preferably in large-scale or multi-site environments • Strong knowledge of asset lifecycle management and building systems • Experience in CAPEX planning, data analysis, and performance optimization • Familiar with safety, compliance, and sustainability standards Key Competencies • Strong leadership with the ability to build and guide teams • Hands-on, independent, and comfortable in a fast-paced, evolving environment • Strategic thinker with strong analytical and problem-solving skills • Effective communicator with strong stakeholder management ability Yee Jie Ling Jaslin (R1440114) Business Edge Personnel Services Pte Ltd (96C4864)
