Role Overview We are seeking a dynamic and creative Marketing Campaign Specialist to drive end-to-end campaign development and execution for Consumer Banking Group (CBG) Singapore. This role will focus on designing impactful marketing campaigns, producing compelling creative assets, and optimizing performance to drive customer acquisition and engagement. Key Responsibilities Campaign Development & Strategy • Conceptualize and execute end-to-end marketing campaigns aligned with business goals for product/service acquisition and usage. • Contribute to overall campaign strategy by identifying opportunities to enhance customer engagement and conversion. • Leverage customer insights, data, and communication guidelines to inform campaign planning and execution. Creative Asset Production • Lead the development and production of creative assets across ATL and BTL channels, including:Digital advertisementsBanners and display creativesSocial media contentOut-of-home (OOH) mediaMarketing collateral • Ensure all creative materials adhere to DBS brand guidelines and regulatory standards. • Utilize existing creative libraries, templates, and digital resources to deliver high-quality assets efficiently. Copywriting • Develop clear, engaging, and persuasive copy for marketing materials across multiple platforms. • Tailor messaging to different customer segments to maximize relevance and emotional impact. • Ensure accuracy, consistency, and compliance with regulatory and brand guidelines. Campaign Execution & Optimization • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including product, analytics, brand, and performance marketing teams, to ensure seamless campaign delivery. • Monitor campaign performance, analyze results, and gather insights to improve future campaigns. • Continuously optimize marketing initiatives based on data-driven findings. Requirements • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field. • Proven experience in marketing, with exposure to campaign development and creative execution. • Demonstrated ability to conceptualize and deliver integrated marketing campaigns across ATL and BTL channels. • Excellent portfolio showcasing successful campaigns, including creative assets and copywriting samples. • Excellent stakeholder management and collaboration skills. • Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment. • Familiarity with performance marketing metrics and digital analytics tools
