Marketing and Consulting Intern Role OverviewWe are looking for a creative and motivated Social Media Marketing and Consulting intern to support content creation for a range of client-based marketing and branding projects. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys videography, storytelling, and social media trends, and wants exposure to how content is created, optimised, and used in real consulting and agency-style work across different brands and campaigns. Key ResponsibilitiesContent Creation & Filming • Film/ Edit short-form videos for Instagram Reels, TikTok, and Facebook • Capture content across different settings, including lifestyle features, events, behind-the-scenes content, and campaign highlights Editing & Post-Production • Edit videos using CapCut with engaging hooks, captions, subtitles, and transitions • Optimise videos for different platforms and client tones Content Planning & Strategy Support • Assist in brainstorming content ideas aligned with client objectives and social media trends • Translate briefs into clear, engaging short-form content Content & Asset Management • Organise raw footage and edited assets • Support branding, marketing, and campaign rollouts when required Work Arrangement• 2 days per week work-from-office: • 1 weekday (for team collaboration, filming, or client-related work) • 1 weekend day (typically for events, shoots, or activations) • Remaining work can be done remotely, with flexible hours based on deliverables • Office location and on-site schedule will be planned in advance Requirements• A-Level holders and above • Strong interest in videography, video editing, and social media • Familiar with TikTok, Instagram Reels, and short-form content trends • Basic video editing skills (CapCut) • Creative, adaptable, and detail-oriented • Able to work independently, manage multiple tasks, and meet deadlines Good to Have (But Not Required)• Experience creating content for brands, events, or client projects • Understanding of social media algorithms and performance metrics • Basic Canva or graphic design skills • Interest in marketing, branding, or consulting work What You Will Gain• Hands-on experience in client-facing, consulting-style marketing projects • Exposure to multiple industries and campaign types • Opportunity to build a diverse, professional content portfolio • Insight into how content supports broader marketing and business strategies • Mentorship and guidance from an experienced consultant • Potential opportunity for longer-term or full-time engagement
