Position Overview: We are seeking a dynamic and enthusiastic Marketing Intern to join our visionary experience team. As a core part of our marketing efforts, you will help create memorable experiences for our clients while assisting in various marketing activities, including content creation, event planning, and stakeholder communication. This is an excellent opportunity for a student or recent graduate with a background in marketing, communications, or a related field to gain hands-on experience in a supportive and impactful environment. Roles and Responsibilities: 1) Craft engaging content: Develop compelling social media posts, website copy, and marketing materials to raise awareness of our services and impact. 2) Become a social media whiz: Manage our social media platforms, sparking conversations and connecting with our community. 3) Research like a pro: Conduct market research and competitor analysis to inform effective marketing strategies. 4) Event planning power: Assist in planning and promoting events that showcase our center's work. 5) Learn from the best: Gain valuable marketing and communication experience under the guidance of experienced professionals. Learning Objectives and Outcomes: Knowledge & Understanding: 1) Gain a solid understanding of marketing principles and best practices. 2) Develop knowledge of marketing channels relevant to non-profit organizations, particularly social media marketing. 3) Learn about effective content creation strategies for a child development audience. 4) Understand the importance of brand awareness and communication in the non-profit sector.
