Summary The Media Campaign Manager is responsible for the campaign prep, activation, active health, optimisation, and performance of campaigns during flighting. This role leverages automation, tracking infrastructure, AI, and data-driven insights to monitor, optimize, and report on live campaign performance, ensuring quality and driving cross-functional collaboration for continuous improvement. This is a role with high levels of engagement with agencies, marketing leads & Cross Functional Teams. Responsibilities Campaign Setup, Trafficking & QA • Manage end-to-end campaign setup, creative delivery and trafficking in partnership with Marketing and agency teams, including DeepLink complexity. • Conduct rigorous pre-launch QA using digital tools and manual/automated checks to ensure accuracy and compliance. • Manage ad account configurations, spend limits, and ensure correct linkage to MRM programs and projects. • Coordinate billing processes, including PO creation, invoice management, and maintenance of trackers and data banks. • Partner with Measurement Ops on BLS setup, QA, and approvals. In-Flight Campaign Management & Optimization • Own day-to-day campaign health during flighting, monitoring delivery, pacing, and performance. • Recommend and implement real-time optimisations based on data, platform signals, and business objectives. • Collaborate closely with media agencies, media design leads, and martech teams to align in-flight changes with campaign goals. • Participate in ongoing QA and monitoring forums, sharing insights and updates. Pacing, Delivery & Contamination Oversight • Lead regular contamination and audience quality checks. • Oversee budget pacing and delivery to ensure targets are met and risks are flagged early. • Monitor campaigns in real time using automated alerts to identify anomalies or underperformance. • Provide clear reporting on pacing, contamination, and delivery risks and opportunities. Communication & Cross-Functional Collaboration • Act as the primary point of contact for live campaign status, optimisation, and troubleshooting. • Deliver transparent, timely updates to marketing, media leads, and cross-functional stakeholders. • Facilitate status meetings, knowledge sharing, post-mortems, and continuous improvement initiatives. • Post-Campaign Reporting & Insights • Coordinate on performance reporting and measurement readouts. • Conduct post-campaign analyses to identify insights, learnings, and best practices. • Partner with Media Strategy & Planning to inform future campaigns. Issue Management & Escalation • Manage and escalate campaign issues, platform bugs, or measurement errors through the appropriate channels. • Coordinate with global support teams and Cross Functional Teams to resolve issues efficiently. Minimum Qualifications • 5+ years of experience in media/digital campaign management, supporting global campaigns with APAC focus • Strong expertise in campaign planning, execution, and end-to-end lifecycle management • Proven ability in campaign optimization, using data to improve delivery, pacing, and performance • Hands-on experience with digital Ads (on-platform and/or off-platform) • Solid media planning experience, including budgeting, pacing, and success metrics • Strong stakeholder and agency management skills, working cross-functionally with marketing, data, martech, and ops teams We regret to inform that only shortlisted candidates will be notified.
