Position OverviewWe are seeking an experienced and results-driven Money Transfer / Payment Sales Manager to expand Lightnet’s payment and remittance business. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing partnerships, acquiring new clients, and driving transaction growth across money transfer, payment, and fintech sectors. Key Responsibilities• Develop and execute sales strategies to grow the company’s money transfer and payment business. • Acquire and manage relationships with remittance companies, MTOs, payment service providers, banks, fintech companies, and corporate clients. • Promote Lightnet’s cross-border payment and settlement solutions to potential partners and clients. • Identify new market opportunities and payment corridors across regional and international markets. • Conduct client presentations, product demonstrations, and commercial negotiations. • Work closely with compliance, operations, and product teams to ensure smooth partner onboarding and integration. • Monitor industry trends, regulatory developments, and competitor activities within the payments ecosystem. • Maintain strong client relationships and provide ongoing account management support. • Achieve assigned sales targets, revenue goals, and KPIs. • Represent Lightnet at industry conferences, networking events, and business forums. Requirements• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, Economics, or related field. • 3–7 years of experience in payments, remittance, banking, fintech, or financial services sales. • Strong understanding of cross-border payments, remittance operations, and payment processing infrastructure. • Existing network within payment providers, banks, remittance companies, or fintech ecosystem is highly preferred. • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills. • Self-motivated, target-oriented, and capable of working independently. • Familiarity with AML/KYC and payment compliance requirements is an advantage. • Proficiency in English; additional regional languages are a plus. Preferred Qualifications• Experience in SWIFT, digital wallets, blockchain payments, or alternative payment systems. • Knowledge of Southeast Asian and global remittance corridors. • Proven track record in partnership development and sales growth.
