Job ScopeEducation and Access Programmes: Tours, Workshops, Programmes and Exhibitions • Oversee and monitor the school booking system for school programmes at the museum and keep track of school visits and answer enquiries about school programmes, bookings via emails, and phone calls, etc. • Oversee and monitor bookings from access/community groups and keep track of school visits and answer enquiries about school programmes, bookings via emails, and phone calls, etc. • Welcome school and access/community groups to the museums and undertake crowd control measures during peak periods or when there are a few groups in the museum. • Prepare and monitor resources such as activity cards, booklets, worksheets, etc. • Co-ordinate logistics / equipment list for all workshops and programmes. • Assist in the coordination and the running of the workshops or programmes – both onsite and online. • Work with the Education Managers in research and content development in the following domains – Early Childhood Programmes, Education Programmes, Access Programmes. • Handle the dissemination and distribution of marketing materials like school brochures, newsletter, resource kits etc. • Assist in maintaining exhibition interpretive spaces. • Collate the relevant statistics/KPIs for the unit. • Handle ad-hoc duties as assigned by the incumbent’s supervisor Requirements • Minimum Education Level: Diploma or Degree is preferred. Field of study: Arts management, education, art, history, or museum/gallery-related is preferred. • Minimum number of years of experience: With relevant experiences is preferred, others are welcome to apply too. Skillsets • Able to manage large student groups up to 80pax per session. • Able to give mass briefing in a clear and firm manner. • Professional communication and good email writing skills as the incumbent will be handling large volume of email correspondences with teachers, stakeholders and vendors. • Organised and careful with details. • Microsoft Teams, Microsoft Office (especially with using excel), Outlook email, online booking portals. Contract Duration: 11 Aug 2026 to 10 Aug 2027; 1 Year (Non-extendable; other opportunities may be available upon contract end) Working Arrangement: • Monday to Thursday: 8.30am to 6pm • Friday: 8.30am to 5.30pm • May be required to work on weekend occasionally for programmes/school visits. • May be required to go to Raffles Place when required Salary: $2,500 to $2,900 per month Location: City Hall / Raffles Place EA License No.: 96C4864 Reg.
