About this role
Key Responsibilities• Gather business and application requirements for infrastructure planning, design, installation, testing, and implementation • Ensure infrastructure solutions are implemented according to specifications and service level requirements • Support daily operations aligned with ITSM/ITIL methodologies, including Incident, Change, Problem, Release Management, and CMDB processes • Monitor system and network performance proactively and implement corrective actions to improve service availability • Respond to incidents promptly, conduct root cause analysis, and provide temporary or permanent resolutions for escalated issues • Provide timely updates and communication to relevant stakeholders regarding incidents and operational issues • Implement backup, restore, and disaster recovery procedures to support business continuity • Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for implemented network systems • Assist in preparing technical proposals and solution presentations • Lead and coordinate with a team of network engineers when required • Support certification initiatives required for partnerships with key technology vendors Required Skills & Qualifications• Valid CCNA certification is mandatory • Experience in network infrastructure planning, design, implementation, and support • Good understanding of ITSM/ITIL methodologies and operational processes • Experience in network monitoring, troubleshooting, and root cause analysis • Knowledge of backup, restore, and disaster recovery procedures • Ability to create and maintain technical and operational documentation • Experience supporting technical proposals and presentations • Ability to work independently and lead a team when required • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
