About this role
Key Responsibilities• Provide technical support for maintenance, patching, and upkeep of Microsoft, Nutanix, and Citrix server systems • Support compliance-related activities to ensure regulatory and operational adherence • Troubleshoot and resolve system-related issues to minimize downtime and service disruption • Support daily service requests and change management activities • Manage IT equipment inventory, including asset tracking, condemnation, and disposal processes • Coordinate with vendors and clients for deployments, system refresh activities, and technical initiatives • Support project implementation and operational support activities within enterprise IT environments • Liaise with users and vendors to understand business requirements and support technical solution delivery Required Skills & Qualifications• Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related discipline • Good technical knowledge in engineering, computer systems, IT infrastructure, and communication technologies • Good understanding of Life Cycle Management and Systems Engineering within Windows server platforms • Experience with Microsoft System Centre suite of products • Hands-on experience with: Microsoft Server Operating Systems, Nutanix Acropolis Hypervisor, Ubuntu, Red Hat, Citrix Virtual Desktop, Beyond Trust PIM/PAM, RSA Security Appliance, Splunk, SolarWinds, Tenable VMS, Veeam Backup, Red Hat Ansible Automation Platform • 1–3 years of experience in the IT industry supporting Microsoft, Nutanix, or Citrix systems, including implementation, project management, and operational support • Good communication and technical documentation skills • Experience handling technical challenges, project coordination, and stakeholder communication with users and vendors
