Work Arrangement• 24 x 7 standby support: Yes • 12-hour shift work: No Key Responsibilities• Assist in resolving network-related hardware, software, and firmware incidents • Maintain and update network records and technical documentation in a timely manner • Maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) together with customers to ensure processes remain aligned and up to date • Perform daily system health checks and monitoring activities, highlighting abnormalities when identified • Ensure network equipment backup processes are functioning properly • Gather business and application requirements for infrastructure planning, design, installation, testing, and implementation activities • Support and align daily operations with ITSM/ITIL methodologies including Incident, Change, Problem, Release Management, and CMDB processes • Monitor system performance and availability proactively, implementing corrective actions to improve service levels • Respond promptly to incidents, perform root cause analysis, and provide temporary or permanent resolutions for escalated issues • Provide timely updates and communication to relevant stakeholders regarding incidents and issue resolution • Implement service continuity measures including backup/restore procedures and disaster recovery planning • Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for implemented network infrastructure • Assist in the preparation of technical proposals and solution presentations • Lead and coordinate with a team of network engineers when required • Support certification initiatives required for partnerships with key technology vendors Required Skills & Qualifications• Strong experience in Cisco Switching and Routing technologies • Experience supporting enterprise network infrastructure environments • Good understanding of ITSM/ITIL operational processes and methodologies • Experience in network monitoring, troubleshooting, and root cause analysis • Knowledge of backup, restore, and disaster recovery procedures for network environments • Ability to maintain technical documentation and operational procedures • Experience supporting infrastructure implementation and operational activities • Ability to work independently and support standby operations when required • Good communication and stakeholder management skills
