About this role
• Support NPO officers in daily administrative and operational activities relating to anti-scam initiatives. • Assist NPO officers in obtaining information and liaising with licensees and other stakeholders. • Compile, organise, and analyse data to support reporting activities and updates for senior management. • Conduct research and benchmarking studies on international anti-scam initiatives and related projects. • Handle ad-hoc duties and assignments as required by NPO from time to time. Requirements • Background in Information Systems, Computer Science, Communications, or a related discipline. • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with both internal and external stakeholders. • Prior experience in a regulatory, government, or compliance-related environment will be an added advantage. • Exposure to online safety, consumer protection, or cybersecurity-related matters will be advantageous.
