About this role
Overview We are seeking an experienced Networks Program Manager to lead complex, end‑to‑end network infrastructure programs across regional and global environments. This role is responsible for driving program strategy, execution, governance, and delivery while coordinating across engineering teams, vendors, and business stakeholders. The ideal candidate has a strong background in network technologies combined with excellent program management, communication, and leadership skills. Key Responsibilities Program & Project Delivery • Lead full lifecycle delivery of network infrastructure programs and projects, managing scope, timelines, milestones, and key deliverables. • Drive detailed project planning and execution across regional and global technology teams. • Oversee program risks, assumptions, issues, and dependencies—creating mitigation and contingency plans as required. • Manage program budgets, financial tracking, and change control processes. Stakeholder, Team & Vendor Coordination • Coordinate activities across internal technical teams, business stakeholders, and external network vendors to ensure successful project execution. • Provide consistent updates, dashboards, KPIs, and executive‑level status reports to leadership and governance forums. • Manage vendor procurement processes, including RFPs, contract reviews, purchase orders, and service engagements. • Lead cross‑functional team collaboration and oversee third‑party contractors or consultants as needed. Quality, Testing & Governance • Lead User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and oversee all quality assurance checkpoints prior to deployment or rollout. • Ensure adherence to internal standards, regulatory requirements, and audit/compliance expectations. • Drive operational readiness, knowledge transfer, and smooth transition to BAU support teams. Required Qualifications • 10+ years of experience in network infrastructure, program management, or large‑scale IT delivery. • Proven track record leading multi‑country or enterprise‑level network programs. • Strong knowledge of network technologies (e.g., LAN/WAN, SD‑WAN, circuits, tech refresh, Wi‑Fi, firewalls, routing and switching, cloud networking). • Exceptional communication, stakeholder management, and vendor management skills.
