• Assist with the preparation and coordination of sales quotations and related documentation. • Generate and distribute quotation summaries and monthly reports in a timely manner. • Prepare policy illustrations using insurer platforms, ensuring accuracy and completeness. • Maintain working knowledge of various insurance software systems and product offerings. • Respond to inquiries from both internal teams and external stakeholders professionally and promptly. • Provide administrative support to consultants and bankers, including preparing and arranging the delivery of client proposals. • Ensure accurate data entry and maintain up-to-date records. • Identify and report any system or process issues to minimize recurring errors. • Support the team by taking on additional administrative duties as required.
