Nurse Administrator

• Receive, review, filter, and transcribe hospital handovers into Plato. • Ensure accurate and timely data entry for seamless record-keeping. • Identify and escalate discrepancies or urgent issues as needed. • Liaise with hospitals and nurses to ensure all necessary patient information is available. • Effectively communicate with various stakeholders, including the hospital team, nurses, and logistics personnel. • Translate patient care requirements into logistical needs, ensuring the logistics team is well-prepared. • Assist in the continuous improvement of data management and task assignment processes. • Perform other nursing and administrative duties as assigned by the supervisor. Requirements: • Diploma or Degree in Nursing • Prior experience in healthcare administration is preferred • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry • Excellent communication and organizational skills • Ability to prioritize tasks and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
