About the Job• Guarantee local operations strictly adhere to overarching corporate risk and compliance structures. • Provide strategic guidance to business divisions regarding regulatory obligations and risk reduction tactics. • Manage and carry out the yearly compliance agenda to ensure all milestones are met on schedule. • Supervise vendor and external sourcing risks, verifying conformity with internal protocols and guidelines. • Facilitate and align independent evaluations of outsourced functions handled by internal group affiliates to meet regulatory baselines. • Evaluate and update the parameters of outsourcing contracts while tracking Key Risk Indicators (KRIs) to flag and escalate potential issues early. • Deliver independent evaluation and constructive challenge regarding data, technology, and cybersecurity threats from a second-line defense viewpoint. • Offer counsel on maintaining alignment with regulatory benchmarks for IT risk management and digital security. • Track and present updates on IT and data vulnerability trends, breaches, and corrective actions to governing committees. • Execute targeted, risk-focused assessments and Control Self-Assessments (RCSA) to confirm the efficiency of internal safeguards. • Assist with specialized assignments and strategic programs under the guidance of the Risk and Compliance leadership team. Skills and Requirements• Professional Background: 5 to 8 years of dedicated experience in risk management or compliance departments • Regulatory Knowledge: Deep understanding of risk frameworks and local compliance mandates, specifically regarding technology risk management and outsourcing guidelines.
