Our brand, Super Sister Durians, located at the iconic Esplanade Mall, specializes in authentic, premium durian delicacies like Merlion-yaki and durian paste, sourced directly from the Rau Highlands. We are looking for an energetic and hands-on Operations & Business Support Intern to help us manage the daily flow of our kiosk and contribute to the growth of our brand. Work Duration: 3 - 6 months Working Hours: Mon-Fri (flexible hours as per agreed roster) Key Responsibilities 1. Inbound Travel Operations Support (50%) • Assist in preparing and updating daily tour schedules. • Coordinate tour guide assignments and confirmations. • Conduct final booking checks before tour departures. • Liaise with hotels, transport providers, restaurants, and suppliers. • Monitor tour operation timelines and ensure smooth execution. • Assist in handling operational enquiries and follow-ups. 2. Durian & Seasonal LogisticsSupport (30%) • Assist in processing fresh durian and durian paste orders. • Coordinate customer orders and delivery arrangements. • Support mooncake campaign logistics and fulfilment activities. • Track inventory movements and update stock records. • Maintain order status reports and delivery schedules. 3. Administrative & BusinessSupport (20%) • Perform data entry and maintain operational records. • Prepare simple reports and spreadsheets. • Assist in documentation and filing. • Support customer enquiries through WhatsApp, email, and social media channels. • Assist with ad-hoc projects and business activities.
