Job Summary This role supports the Command Centre by maintaining accurate real-time fleet monitoring, incident records and performance data, while managing video and data retrieval for investigations. It ensures smooth shift handovers, continuous operational coverage, proper tracking of Safety Operator conduct, timely alert support and reliable reporting while also contributing to process improvements and operational readiness. Responsibilities • Update real-time operational dashboards, logs, and trackers to reflect current fleet status and incidents within the Command Centre • Maintain and update AV performance records including trip completion, disengagements, delays, and anomalies for daily reporting and analysis • Prepare and consolidate shift summaries to ensure smooth handovers between OCC teams and Command Centre personnel • Retrieve CCTV, dashcam, and in-cabin footage upon request to support incident reviews and investigations • Extract key data points such as timestamps, vehicle IDs, and event markers for incident analysis and audits • Label, store, and index retrieved footage to ensure easy access, traceability, and compliance with operational records • Prioritize and fulfill urgent video and data retrieval requests during active incidents to support real-time decision-making • Maintain logs of Safety Operator activities including attendance, behavior observations, and non-compliance reports to support safety tracking • Record and categorize Safety Operator events such as fatigue signs and protocol deviations for accurate incident documentation • Perform data integrity checks to ensure Safety Operator conduct and fleet operation records are complete, accurate, and audit-ready • Provide Command Centre coverage during OCC Specialist breaks or shift gaps to maintain continuous operational oversight • Monitor incoming alerts, perform initial triage, and escalate cases to OCC Specialists as needed • Facilitate cross-team coordination by relaying accurate information between OCC, Field Operations, Customer Support, and other teams • Compile daily, weekly, and monthly operational reports and summaries for OCC team and management stakeholders • Maintain and update logs, trackers, meeting minutes, and documentation templates used by the OCC team • Identify inefficiencies in reporting, data retrieval, or tracking workflows and propose process improvements to enhance operations • Support preparation and execution of internal drills by organizing data, logs, and materials for simulations and drill activities Required competencies and certifications • Diploma or Degree in Engineering, Logistics, Computer Science, or related operational field • Experience operating complex dashboard interfaces, fleet management software (FMS), and CCTV monitoring systems • Strong attention to detail and crisis management skills Preferred competencies and qualifications • Class 3/3A Driving License is a plus Other Information • Rotating shifts • Salary: Up to $3,380 • Location: Tampines • Contract duration: 12 months Yana Norzamry | Personnel Registration No: R26160959 | EA Licence No.91C2918
