Job Responsibilities: • Team Supervision Supervise, guide, and support 3–8 Grant Processing Officers; Allocate workload and monitor KPIs/service standards; Provide coaching, training, and performance feedback; Conduct regular attendance and performance check-ins • Grants Processing Oversight Ensure accurate and timely processing of applications, disbursements, and claims; support operations when needed; Review complex/escalated cases and resolve issues; Ensure compliance with grant policies, SOPs, and regulations; Maintain data integrity and proper documentation • Operational Excellence Monitor daily operations and identify bottlenecks/inefficienciesImplement process improvements to improve productivity and turnaround timeTrack/report key metrics (processing time, error rates, backlog)Support audits and ensure audit readiness • Stakeholder Management Liaise with internal stakeholders (policy, finance, IT)Handle escalations from applicants/external stakeholders; Provide updates and reporting to management • Compliance & Risk Management Ensure compliance with internal controls, governance, and regulations; Identify operational risks and implement mitigation measures; Support internal and external audits • Systems & Process Management Ensure proper use of grants management systems/toolsSupport system enhancements, UAT, and new process implementationMaintain updated SOPs and process documentation Requirements• Minimum Diploma or equivalent • Detail-oriented with strong organizational and follow-up skills • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, Outlook) • Good written and verbal communication skills • Able to work independently and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment Employment Details• Work Days: Monday to Friday • Work Hours: 8.30am – 6.00pm (Monday - Thursday), 8.30am – 5.30pm (Friday) • Contract Duration: 2–year contract (Renewable) • Work Location: Kaki Bukit/ Ubi • Salary Range: $3500 - $4,000 “This is in partnership with the Employment and Employability Institute Pte Ltd (“e2i”).e2i is the empowering network for workers and employers seeking employment and employability solutions. e2i serves as a bridge between workers and employers, connecting with workers to offer job security through job-matching, career guidance and skills upgrading services, and partnering employers to address their manpower needs through recruitment, training, and job redesign solutions. e2i is a tripartite initiative of the National Trades Union Congress set up to support nation-wide manpower and skills upgrading initiatives.
