Operations Support Officer - Farrer Road

Location : Farrer Road Job Title: Operations Support Officer Contract (12 months) - Commencement Date: 3 August 2026 Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 9.00am to 6.00pm (one weekday is 9.00am to 5.30pm), with 45 minutes lunch break Salary Range:$1,800 to $2,100 per month depending on relevant working experience. Job Description As an Operations Support Officer in school, he/she wil provide operational support in various areas such as: • Maintain the general cleanliness of equipment and the workplace • Provide logistical support for school events and activities, including carrying and arranging furniture and equipment • General administrative works (if needed) • Operate and maintain basic office equipment and materials • Assist in the preparation of apparatus, equipment and reagents for laboratory lessons (if needed) • Any other duties assigned by the supervisor Requirements: • Ability to communicate effectively and work in teams • Prior experience in cleaning, logistics or simple administrative duties would be preferred • Able to carry out physical tasks required for the role, including carrying and arranging furniture and equipment, and performing operational duties in a school environment. • Able to perform duties in a dynamic school environment and support varying operational needs as required.
