About this role
• Fresh ITE graduates or 'O' level / SPM with at least 3 years of working experience in manufacturing. • Knowledge in basic technical troubleshooting competency. • Basic computer literacy and competency in software installation and updates. • Basic mathematics in summing and yield calculation • Good command of English, instructional comprehension skills. • Strong manual dexterity • Basic understanding of how to navigate tools and procedures as part of production and assembly. • Basic written and verbal skills for reporting. • Good small team leadership skills. • Able to work independently with minimum supervision. • Able to perform shift work.
