About this role
Responsibilities • Lead end-to-end O2C design on across SD, customer master, contracts, pricing, billing, and AR. • Configure SAP Customer Service (CS) for service contracts, notifications, service orders, and resource-related billing — integrated with Plant Maintenance. • Harmonise fragmented order types, pricing, and billing into one S/4HANA O2C template and invoicing. • Own cross-module integration with different modules and BTP Integration Suite • Drive fit-to-standard workshops, playbacks, WRICEFs, and UAT for the full O2C scope • Manage a blended onshore/offshore team and serve as the single point of accountability to customer’s O2C business leadership Requirements • Bachelors Degree from an accredited university in Computer Science, Information Technology etc • 12–15 years overall, with 8+ years in SAP SD module and 3+ years in SAP CS module; minimum 2 end-to-end S/4HANA implementations as SD lead.
