[Part-time/Full-time]Marketing Executive

We're looking for a proactive and self-driven team member to help grow TranscoPac's presence and support our sales and recruitment efforts through marketing activities. This is not a role that requires deep marketing expertise — what matters most is your willingness to take ownership, learn quickly, and drive projects forward. What you'll do Plan, create, and update content for the TranscoPac website to expand brand awareness and attract both customers and talent. Develop marketing materials (brochures, presentations, case studies, newsletters) that support the sales team's outreach efforts. Manage and grow our presence on social media and other digital channels (LinkedIn, etc.), tailoring content for our B2B and recruitment audiences. Collaborate with the recruitment team to strengthen employer branding — including job posts, careers page content, and candidate-facing communications. Track campaign performance (web traffic, engagement, lead generation) and share insights to improve future activities. Coordinate with internal stakeholders and external vendors (designers, agencies, photographers) as needed. Assist with other ad-hoc marketing duties as assigned. What we're looking for 1–3 years of experience in marketing, communications, or a related field (fresh graduates with relevant internships are also welcome). Strong writing and editing skills; ability to communicate clearly for different audiences. Familiarity with website CMS tools (e.g., WordPress), basic design tools (Canva, Adobe Creative Suite), and analytics platforms (Google Analytics). Detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage multiple projects in parallel. A team player who is open to feedback and eager to learn.
