Partnership Engagement Coordinator(Contract / Temporary Role)This is a 3-months contract for the first instance, subjected to extension for another 9-months. Job SummaryThe Partnership Engagement Coordinator plays a key role in connecting communities with arts and heritage programmes. The role involves coordinating group visits, supporting individuals who face challenges with digital access, and working with partners to strengthen outreach efforts and maximise programme impact. The ideal candidate is highly organised, proactive, and committed to improving access to arts and heritage experiences for diverse communities. ️ Key Responsibilities Partnership Engagement• Identify, engage, and build strong relationships with community organisations, social service agencies, and relevant partners • Collaborate with partners to package offsite visits to programme sites, making them more accessible and appealing • Work with arts and heritage organisations to tailor visit experiences to community needs • Support the development of materials and processes to streamline partner coordination • Develop collaborative initiatives that drive participation in arts and heritage programmes Organising Group Visits• Coordinate and facilitate group visits to arts and heritage programmes • Manage logistics including transportation, ticketing, and on-site support • Track group visit requests, scheduling, and attendance records Digital Access Support• Support individuals who face challenges with digital access to participate in programmes • Work with partners to provide alternative access options such as assisted booking or offline registration • Provide guidance to users navigating digital platforms Outreach & Awareness• Engage partners to leverage their communication channels to increase programme awareness • Coordinate dissemination of promotional materials and key messages • Support outreach initiatives such as briefings, roadshows, and community engagement sessions • Monitor outreach effectiveness and suggest improvements Requirements• Bachelor’s degree in Community Engagement, Arts Management, Communications, or related field • Minimum 5 years of experience in community engagement, partnership management, or outreach roles (preferred) • Experience in programme coordination, outreach, or engagement work • Strong organisational skills with ability to manage multiple stakeholders and logistics • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with digital engagement tools • Strong understanding of working with community organisations and public engagement initiatives (advantage) • Experience in planning and executing community events or group activities (preferred) Ideal Candidate• Highly organised and detail-oriented • Proactive and comfortable working with multiple stakeholders • Passionate about community engagement and improving access to cultural programmes • Able to manage both operational tasks and outreach initiatives effectively We regret to inform that only shortlisted candidates will be notified.
