About this role
1. Candidate is responsible in supporting various HR operations including: 2. Handle recruitment operations such as posting of job advertisements, screening and shortlisting of candidates, interview scheduling to the on-boarding of new hires 3. Handle on-boarding and off-boarding administrative matters 4. Handle payroll runs and other payroll related administration 5. Handle leave and other leave related administration 6. Creation and maintenance of employee records in HR system 7. Support annual performance appraisal exercise and handle appraisal related queries 8. Able to help out in other operations issues in the scheduling of cleaners 9. Responsible for meeting KPIs 10. Address to employees’ issues promptly 11.
