About this role
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented People & Culture (P&C) Intern to join our P&C team on a 6-month internship. This internship offers hands-on exposure to core HR operations in a mid-tier audit firm, including onboarding, offboarding, employee engagement, and HR administrative support. Responsibilities: • Support onboarding and offboarding processes, including preparation of staff documentation and employee records • Assist in recruitment coordination, interview scheduling, and internal HR communications • Provide administrative support such as data entry, filing, and maintenance of HR records • Support employee engagement activities, CSR initiatives, and recruitment events • Assist in HR digitalization initiatives, including migration to new payroll and leave management systems • Support HR data validation, document digitization, and process improvement projects • Support HR process improvements and digital transformation initiatives, including AI-related HR tools Requirements: • Currently pursuing or recently completed a Diploma or Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or related disciplines • Positive attitude with willingness to learn and support day-to-day HR operations • Comfortable with hands-on administrative work, including documentation and data management • Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage tasks independently • Good communication skills • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) • Able to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and professionalism • Able to commit full time basis for 6 months (Jul to Dec 2026)
