People Experience & Culture Partner 6-Month Contract (Maternity Cover: Till Oct / November 2026) Our client, a leading organisation with a diverse portfolio of operating companies, is looking for a People Experience& Culture professional to join their team on a 6-month maternity cover from April to October 2026. In this role, you will partner with multiple operating companies and internal stakeholders to turn employee insights into meaningful actions. You will play a key role in driving employee listening initiatives, supporting culture and engagement programmes, and enhancing workplace experiences that bring the organisation’s Belonging, Impact &Growth (BIG) culture to life across the Group. This role is well suited for someone who enjoys connecting data with action, thrives in a dynamic environment, and is comfortable collaborating with diverse stakeholders to deliver impactful people initiatives. Key Responsibilities Employee Listening & Insights • Partner with Operating Companies to plan, launch, and manage employee pulse surveys across the Group. • Monitor participation, address rollout issues, and ensure surveys are executed smoothly and on schedule. • Analyse results to identify key themes and insights. • Translate findings into clear and actionable recommendations for stakeholders. Workplace Experience & Culture • Support initiatives that bring the organisation’s culture to life through workplace experiences and spaces. • Collaborate with teams such as Facilities, Workplace Experience, and Communications to explore ways to enhance the employee work environment. • Assist in coordinating projects that improve the overall workplace experience. Internal Talent Marketplace • Support the strategy and day-to-day management of the Internal Talent Marketplace, helping employees explore internal opportunities and develop their careers. • Partner with Operating Companies to drive adoption through campaigns, success stories, and manager toolkits. • Track engagement metrics and gather user feedback to identify areas for improvement. • Coordinate communications and enablement initiatives to help employees and managers use the platform effectively. Wellness & DEI Initiatives • Support the planning and coordination of wellness and Diversity, Equity & Inclusion (DEI) programmes. • Work with stakeholders to deliver campaigns that promote wellbeing, inclusion, and belonging. • Assist Operating Companies with communications, toolkits, and storytelling to drive participation. • Gather feedback and insights to continuously improve initiatives.
