Platform Developer/ Technical Consultant

Key Responsibilities •  Support requirement gathering and participate in client workshops  •  Translate business needs into system configuration and technical design  •  Perform system configuration (workflows, forms, rules, etc.)  •  Handle Java backend tasks such as:  • •  API integration  •  Data processing / logic handling  •  Troubleshooting backend issues  •  Work with engineering teams to implement and validate solutions  •  Support SIT/UAT testing and resolve technical issues  •  Assist in client communication and coordination  Requirements •  3–10 years experience in small to mid size software / SaaS / system implementation  •  Hands-on experience in Java backend development  •  Experience in system configuration or implementation projects  •  Familiar with APIs, integrations, and system workflows  •  Able to work with both clients and engineering teams  Nice to Have •  Experience with ITSM tools (ServiceNow, BMC, ManageEngine, etc.)  •  Experience in enterprise or banking environments  •  Exposure to cloud environments (AWS preferred)  Profile Fit (Important) •  Open to:  • •  Java developers with some client/project exposure  •  Technical consultants with backend experience
