Squad Lead

About the Role The Global Mining Technology function is undergoing an exciting transformation journey, moving towards more modern ways of working. Be part of a global Product team that partners with Operations and business functions to drive improvement and innovation in safety, culture, productivity, and social value through the application of world-class technology. As Squad Lead, you will report directly to the Product Manager and work closely with the Product Owner to implement a Global Master Data Solution. This role is based in Singapore. In this role, your key accountabilities will include: • Own the strategy and execution of the MDM program • Support the development and maintenance of the technology strategy and functional roadmaps for master data applications, ensuring alignment with global technology strategy and business needs • Manage the application lifecycle to keep systems current and relevant for the business • Plan and execute delivery tasks • Lead a team of up to 50 resources, including direct and vendor teams, to deliver outcomes • Manage technical and business go-lives across global regions including Australia, Asia, and the Americas • Engage with stakeholders across technology and business teams for trend analysis, problem management, business impact scoping, and testing/training requirements • Commit to health, safety, environmental responsibility, and sustainable development About You As a successful candidate, you will possess the following: • Minimally 15 years experience in large-scale master data and enterprise program delivery • Experience in mining and equipment maintenance • Experience deploying large-scale enterprise applications globally • Commercial and vendor management experience • Agile project delivery experience • Financial management capabilities • Experience with Agile ways of working
