Senior Test Manager / Test Lead –  Core Banking (T24, UAT / Functional) – 12 Months Contract

Job Summary We are seeking an experienced Senior Test Manager / Test Lead with strong experience in core banking or wealth management systems (preferably Temenos T24) and proven expertise in functional and UAT testing within the banking domain. This role requires a candidate with hands-on involvement in UAT/functional testing along with stakeholder management experience. Key Responsibilities • Lead UAT and functional testing activities for banking applications • Prepare and review test scenarios, test cases, and test data • Coordinate UAT cycles, defect tracking, and sign-offs • Perform test estimation, planning, and closure reporting • Support release coordination and validation activities • Perform backend validation using SQL • Manage defects using JIRA, ADO, or similar tools Mandatory Requirements  • 10+ years of experience in software testing within the banking / financial services  • Recent hands-on experience in UAT and functional testing • Strong experience in client/stakeholder management • Hands-on exposure to core banking or wealth management platforms • Experience in Temenos T24 or similar core banking platform • Experience in defect management tools (JIRA / ADO or similar) Preferred Skills • Exposure to Temenos ecosystem (T24, Wealth Suite, TAP) • Working knowledge of SQL for data validation Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Software Systems, Information Technology, Computer Applications or related field
