Project Accountant (Public Agency) - 1 year Contract

We are looking for an experienced Project Accountant who can drive financial governance while streamlining business and accounting processes. • Up to $8,000 per month • Mon - Fri, office hours • Labrador Park / Punggol Area • 1-year contract Responsibilities: • Oversee and enhance end-to-end financial operations for the cloud programme, driving continuous process improvements and operational efficiency. • Ensure consistency and accuracy between operational data from the Cloud Management Portal (CMP) and financial records in Workday through regular reconciliation and alignment. • Design and implement processes to identify, classify, and segregate cloud hosting cost components for improved cost visibility and reporting • Develop and maintain a centralised revenue and cost database for the cloud programme to support financial tracking and analysis. • Partner closely with finance stakeholders to deliver detailed revenue and cost reporting, ensuring alignment and reconciliation with Workday financial data. • Collect, analyse, and interpret financial and operational data via dashboarding to identify gaps and recommend improvements. Requirements: • Possesses minimum a Bachelor's Degree with 3 years of experience in Accounting or Business-related disciplines. • Proficient in PowerBI/Tableau and comfortable working with large datasets. • Able to operate effectively in a fast-paced, evolving environment and comfortable proposing and implementing change.
