Student Well-Being Executive

• Location: Fernvale • Work Timing: 7.30 am to 4.30pm (Mon - Thu) & 7.30 am to 4.00pm (Fri) • Salary: up to $3500 per month • Duration: July 2026 – May 2027 Key Responsibilities: • Assist in identifying, supporting, and monitoring at-risk students with social, emotional, behavioural, or attendance concerns. • Provide social, emotional, and basic academic support as part of the reintegration process for students returning to school after long-term absences. • Support daily student engagement during school hours to reinforce positive behaviour, orderliness, and a caring school environment. • Conduct regular walkabouts to observe student behaviour, build rapport, and provide informal mentoring where appropriate. • Develop and curate resources to support life skills education, including emotional regulation, resilience, communication, and decision-making. • Plan, coordinate, conduct, and support targeted life skills programmes for identified groups of students, including monitoring attendance and student progress. • Assist in the management and follow-up of student discipline cases in a fair, consistent, and professional manner. • Conduct preliminary investigations into discipline-related matters and support the documentation of cases. • Facilitate restorative conversations and mediation sessions between students involved in conflicts. • Serve as a key liaison between parents, teachers, and school leaders in managing student welfare and discipline matters. • Carry out any other duties and responsibilities as assigned by the school. Job Requirements:  • Possess a Diploma in Care and Programme (StudentServices & Coaching), or any other related disciplines • At least 2 years of relevant working experience in areas such as student management, youth engagement, school-based support services, counselling or mentoring programmes, and behavioural intervention programmes.
