About this role
Position Overview Coordinate events/projects under Serenity Department of Ain Society, which include sending out invitations, tracking guests' attendance, and arranging logistical requirements. Key Responsibilities: • Prepare schedule of tasks to complete within a stipulated timeline leading to the event/throughout the project period • Prepare contents for announcement/publicity of event • Prepare invites for listed guests • Monitor attendance of guests/participants from invitations to RSVP • Liaise with external vendors providing logistical services for events eg. venue, AV system, booth set-up • Communicate with stakeholders/partners/sponsors involved in the event • Assign roles/tasks to staff/volunteers involved in the event • Prepare presentation materials for meetings and for actual events eg. presentation deck, videos, copies of speeches etc. Requirements and attributes: • Good communication and interpersonal skills • Strong organizational skills • Action-oriented • At least a diploma in any field • At least 3 years of work experience • Able to work on weekends and after hours for events
