About this role
Project Coordination & Delivery• Support PM teams in managing projects from award stage through to completion, ensuring timelines are created, monitored, and achieved. • Act as an advocate for both Catalent and the client, ensuring alignment of expectations and delivery outcomes. • Exercise independent judgement and analytical skills to support effective project execution. • Deputise for Project Managers on specific tasks when required and act as on‑site liaison for remote PM teams. Client & Stakeholder Management• Manage client communications via email, teleconferences, and other channels as required. • Attend internal and client meetings, teleconferences, audits, and site visits; produce meeting minutes and action logs. • Demonstrate professionalism and customer service excellence in all client interactions. Documentation, Systems & Reporting• Generate and manage required project documentation, including depot setup documentation and returns‑phase records. • Set up and support clients on Fusion Suite, including password management and ongoing system support. • Become proficient in JDE and Workfront, performing project setup, tracking, and delegated administrative tasks. • collect, maintain, and provide KPI data, inventory reports, and project forecasts to PM teams to support S&OP and client management. Inventory, Logistics & Financial Support• Receive, monitor, and manage client‑supplied materials, labels, drugs, and components, ensuring timely distribution to internal teams. • Monitor and track client inventory in line with project requirements. • Manage returns processes, including IDRs, destruction activities, and invoicing completion. • Investigate and resolve disputed invoices, ensuring timely resolution and payment. Process Improvement & Compliance• Promote continuous improvement across all areas of responsibility. • Assist with departmental training and completion of training documentation. • Contribute to the preparation and review of Standard Operating Procedures relevant to assigned responsibilities. • Perform other duties as required, including supporting other roles within the CSE team when trained.
