The OpportunityWe're looking for a Project Engineer on a 1-year contract to drive productivity improvements and manage Venflon improvement projects end-to-end — from change control and process validation through to production implementation. You'll be at the heart of our BD Excellence and Continuous Improvement agenda. What You'll Do• Implement and sustain BD Excellence work processes within the manufacturing unit • Identify and plan productivity improvement projects; manage full project lifecycle • Own Venflon improvement projects — change control, MSA, process validation (IQ, OQ, PQ), and production implementation • Develop process FMEAs, work instructions, and manufacturing documents; train operators on validation activities • Analyse top losses within the manufacturing unit; develop and implement plans to eliminate losses and drive OEE performance • Coach associates on Continuous Improvement methodologies • Participate in broader manufacturing projects as required • Ensure compliance with safety, health, and ISO 14001 environmental standards — actively promote hazard prevention, recycling, and resource reduction What You'll Bring• Degree in Engineering or related discipline • Experience in project management within a manufacturing environment • Knowledge of process validation (IQ, OQ, PQ), change control, and FMEA • Familiarity with Continuous Improvement / Lean methodologies and OEE analysis • Strong problem-solving, documentation, and communication skills • Hands-on, shopfloor-oriented mindset Why BD?• Purpose-Driven — Every project you deliver impacts patient care globally • Career Growth — Development programmes and internal mobility across 190+ countries • Award-Winning Culture — Recognised as a Great Place to Work® in Singapore Ready to make a difference?
