Our client, one of Asia-Pacific’s leading organizations is looking for: Project Manager (Application) Responsibilities: • Manage day-to-day operations of business systems, ensuring service stability and optimal performance across the operational environment. • Provide oversight of vendor-led incident and problem management, ensuring timely resolution and compliance with service expectations, including validating root cause analyses and resolution proposals from vendors. • Coordinate releases and deployments with technical teams and vendors, managing delivery dependencies, timelines, and environment management in collaboration with application and infrastructure vendors. • Work with vendors and stakeholders to review, validate, and confirm business and technical requirements, managing delivery dependencies and ensuring alignment with business needs, technical standards, and operational constraints. • Manage user expectations, maintain good rapport with stakeholders, and understand their requirements. • Manage project budgets, including planning, tracking, and reporting on expenditure to ensure projects are delivered within approved financial parameters. • Support contract management activities and monitor vendor performance against agreed service levels. • Deliver enhancements and small projects within a live operational environment, maintaining clear documentation for delivery decisions, risks, and changes. • Challenge and validate vendor technical solutions to ensure compliance with business needs, technical standards, and operational constraints. • Ensure systems and processes comply with regulatory and governance standards, collaborating with audit teams to address findings and implement corrective actions. • Maintain documentation and evidence to support audit and compliance requirements. • Take on ad hoc tasks that are reasonable and relevant to the nature of the role.
