Project Manager(Infra/Storage) - Contract

About the RoleWe are seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee end-to-end delivery of ICT or infrastructure initiatives within a regulatory and secure environment. The role involves planning, procurement, stakeholder management, and leading project execution to ensure timely, secure, and compliant delivery aligned with the Authority’s business objectives. Key Responsibilities• Drive project delivery and ensure initiatives are completed on time, within budget and aligned with business outcomes. • Manage the full project lifecycle — from business case and funding to procurement, implementation, and post-go-live support. • Develop detailed project plans, milestones, and deliverables using structured methodologies (e.g. PMP, PRINCE2, Agile). • Lead tender preparation, evaluation, award recommendations, and vendor management. • Monitor risks, issues, changes, and dependencies across cross-functional teams. • Ensure compliance with security, governance, and data protection frameworks. • Manage maintenance and support phases, including SLA management, incident/problem resolution, and audits. • Engage stakeholders through regular updates, progress reviews, and communication of project health. Requirements• Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or related discipline. • Minimum 5 years of ICT project management experience, ideally within banking environment • Certified in PMP, CITPM, PRINCE2, or equivalent preferred. • Proven success in managing Storage, infrastructure projects. • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. • Familiar with Singapore Government procurement and security standards is an advantage. • Experience in change management and stakeholder alignment preferred.
