Project Manager

Our client, one of Asia-Pacific’s leading organizations is looking for: Project Manager Responsibilities: • Lead cross-functional teams to deliver complex, technically intensive ICT projects on time and within budget. • Develop and maintain comprehensive project plans covering system migration, platform upgrades, and cloud adoption workstreams, ensuring alignment with business and architectural objectives. • Define and monitor project KPIs, including migration milestones, regression benchmarks, and cloud cost metrics, providing regular performance reports to senior management. • Proactively identify and mitigate technical and delivery risks, particularly those arising from version compatibility, integration dependencies, and cloud environment transitions. • Oversee multiple vendor relationships, including middleware vendors, cloud service providers, and external ICT service providers. • Drive seamless business operations across departments through effective IT service delivery • Ensure strict adherence to Service Level Agreements for both projects and incidents • Evaluate and assess change requests for system enhancements and improvements Requirements: • Tertiary education in Computer/Computer Science or Electronics Engineering or Information Technology or equivalent. • Project Management Certification or equivalent • Proven track record managing at least 2 full-cycle ICT projects using Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid methodologies, with at least one involving a major platform migration or system upgrade • Hands-on project management experience in Java application upgrades, including dependency management, regression testing coordination, and version compatibility assessment • Experience managing middleware upgrade projects, with understanding of integration patterns, message brokering, API dependencies, and service continuity during transitions • Strong background in enterprise Java (J2EE) • Demonstrated expertise in enterprise IT governance and security frameworks ----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Interested applicants can also email CV at asmita@nsearchglobal.com (for faster processing, please state the exact job / position title applied “Project Manager" Only shortlisted candidates will be notified. ----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- EA License Number: 10C3636 EA Personnel Name: Chauhan, Asmita EA Personnel Registration Number: R1980706 By submitting your resume and cover letter to apply for our job opening, you confirm that you have read the Data Protection Notice for Job Applicants (https://www.nsearchglobal.com/dp-notice/job-applicants) and you consent to the collection, use, and disclosure of your personal data for the purpose of verifying and evaluating your job application.
