Project Manager (Salesforce)

About the RoleWe are seeking an experienced Salesforce Project Manager to lead the delivery of a Salesforce SHIELD Proof of Concept (POC) project for a public sector initiative in Singapore. This role will be responsible for managing the end-to-end project lifecycle, ensuring successful delivery within scope, timeline, budget, and quality expectations. The Project Manager will work closely with business stakeholders, solution architects, business analysts, technical teams, and vendors to drive project success. The initial engagement is for 3 months, with the potential for extension of up to 1 year based on project progression and business requirements. Project Information• Contract Duration: 3 months (with potential extension up to 1 year) • Work Location: Mapletree Business City, Singapore • Employment Type: Contract Key ResponsibilitiesProject Leadership & Delivery• Lead Salesforce implementation and transformation projects from initiation through deployment and project closure. • Develop and manage project plans, timelines, milestones, budgets, risks, and dependencies. • Ensure project deliverables are completed on schedule and meet quality standards. • Monitor project progress and proactively manage issues, risks, and escalations. • Drive project governance, status reporting, and stakeholder communications. Stakeholder Management• Serve as the primary point of contact between business stakeholders, project sponsors, technical teams, and vendors. • Facilitate project meetings, steering committee updates, workshops, and status reviews. • Manage stakeholder expectations and ensure alignment across project teams. • Communicate project updates, risks, and recommendations to senior management. Resource & Team Management• Coordinate cross-functional teams including Business Analysts, Solution Architects, Developers, QA, and Business Users. • Manage resource allocation and project staffing requirements. • Foster collaboration and ensure effective communication across all project stakeholders. • Track team performance and delivery against agreed objectives. Risk & Change Management• Identify project risks, issues, and dependencies and implement mitigation strategies. • Manage scope changes through formal change control processes. • Ensure project compliance with governance, security, and regulatory requirements. • Support organizational change management and user adoption initiatives. Quality Assurance & Project Controls• Ensure project deliverables align with business requirements and solution design. • Oversee testing activities including SIT, UAT, and production readiness assessments. • Ensure proper project documentation and knowledge transfer. • Drive continuous improvement and lessons learned activities throughout the project lifecycle. RequirementsMandatory Requirements• Proven experience managing Salesforce implementation projects. • Strong understanding of Salesforce ecosystem and platform capabilities. • Experience delivering projects involving one or more of the following: Salesforce Service Cloud, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Salesforce Data Cloud, Salesforce Experience Cloud • Demonstrated experience managing project scope, schedules, budgets, risks, and stakeholders. • Experience leading multi-disciplinary project teams. • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills. • Experience working within Agile, Hybrid, or Waterfall delivery methodologies. Preferred Requirements• Experience delivering projects involving Salesforce Public Sector Solutions (PSS). • Experience with Salesforce Agentforce implementations. • Experience supporting Singapore Government or Public Sector projects. • Familiarity with Salesforce Shield and security-related initiatives. • Experience working under government procurement frameworks or bulk tender contracts.
