About the RoleWe are seeking a Salesforce Low-Code Engineer to support a Salesforce SHIELD Proof of Concept (POC) project for a public sector initiative. This is an initial 3-month engagement with the potential for extension of up to 1 year, subject to project requirements and successful progression of the POC. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing and configuring Salesforce solutions using declarative and low-code capabilities while working closely with business stakeholders, architects, and project teams. Project Information• Contract Duration: 3 months (extendable up to 1 year) • Location: Mapletree Business City, Singapore • Employment Type: Contract Key Responsibilities• Design and develop Salesforce solutions using declarative and low-code capabilities. • Configure Salesforce objects, fields, validation rules, page layouts, record types, workflows, approval processes, and flows. • Support implementation across Salesforce cloud platforms. • Configure integrations between Salesforce and external systems where required. • Develop reports, dashboards, and analytics to support business decision-making. • Participate in solution design discussions and technical workshops. • Prepare technical specifications and system documentation. • Support testing activities, including SIT and UAT. • Troubleshoot configuration issues and provide production support where required. • Ensure solutions adhere to Salesforce best practices, security standards, and governance requirements. RequirementsMandatory Requirements• Proven experience working on Salesforce implementation projects. • Hands-on experience with Salesforce Lightning Platform. • Strong knowledge of Salesforce configuration and administration. • Experience using: Salesforce Flows, Workflow Rules, Process Builder, Approval Processes, Validation Rules, Reports & Dashboards • Experience in at least one of the following Salesforce Clouds: Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud, Data Cloud, Experience Cloud Preferred Requirements• Experience with Salesforce Public Sector Solutions (PSS). • Experience with Salesforce Agentforce. • Experience supporting government or public sector projects. • Familiarity with Salesforce Shield capabilities. • Understanding of integration technologies and APIs. Certifications PreferredCandidates with one or more of the following certifications will be highly regarded: • Salesforce Certified Administrator • Salesforce Advanced Administrator • Salesforce Platform App Builder • Salesforce Platform Developer I • Salesforce AI Associate • Salesforce Agentforce Specialist
