Employment Type: Contract (1 year renewable, with potential for conversion) Working Hours: Monday to Thursday (8.30am – 6.00pm), Friday (8.30am – 5.30pm) (Hybrid Working Arrangement) Location: One-North Salary: Up to SGD 6,500 The Infrastructure Project Coordinator will serve as a trusted IT liaison to research entities, supporting infrastructure initiatives, coordinating IT projects, and ensuring alignment with corporate IT policies, security standards, and operational requirements. This role acts as the bridge between business users and IT teams to drive effective communication, project execution, and service delivery. Responsibitlities: • Partner closely with stakeholders to understand and support their operational and strategic IT infrastructure needs. • Coordinate and manage infrastructure-related projects, ensuring timely delivery and compliance with corporate IT standards and policies. • Act as the key liaison between business stakeholders, IT infrastructure teams, vendors, and service providers. • Facilitate regular engagement sessions with stakeholders to communicate IT initiatives, security updates, policy changes, and gather feedback. • Coordinate infrastructure setup and implementation activities including Virtual Machines, storage systems, network connectivity, and enterprise platforms. • Monitor and follow up on IT service desk tickets, escalations, and infrastructure-related incidents to ensure timely resolution. • Support IT budget tracking, procurement coordination, and resource planning for infrastructure initiatives. • Ensure compliance with IT governance frameworks, policies, and standards such as IM8, IT Policies, and End-User Acceptable Use Policies. • Assist in reviewing and improving operational processes related to infrastructure support, project coordination, and stakeholder engagement. • Coordinate Proof-of-Concept (POC) activities with vendors and internal teams to evaluate emerging technologies and support digitalisation initiatives. • Work closely with cross-functional IT teams to align infrastructure solutions with organisational and operational requirements. • Drive cybersecurity awareness and promote adoption of new IT initiatives across stakeholders. Requirements: • Diploma or Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or related disciplines. • Experience in IT infrastructure coordination, project coordination, IT operations, or stakeholder management. • Basic understanding of IT infrastructure concepts such as networking, virtual machines, data storage, and data centre operations. • Familiarity with IT service management processes and ticketing systems. • Exposure to IT governance, compliance, and security policies within enterprise or public sector environments is advantageous.
