Job Highlights • Dynamic role in a growing sports & lifestyle brand • Exposure to events, operations, and community building • Opportunity to grow with the business Job Description We are seeking a proactive androgenized Admin & Operations Executive to support dailyoperations, customer service, and programme coordination. You will play a key role in ensuringsmooth operations across bookings, customer experience, and events. Key Responsibilities Administrative & Operations Support • Handle general administrative duties and maintain proper records • Support day-to-day business operations Customer Service • Manage enquiries via WhatsApp, email, and social platforms • Liaise with both public customers and corporate clients • Ensure a smooth and positive customer experience Booking & Website Management • Manage facility bookings, classes, and events via booking systems • Update website content (programmes, schedules, announcements) • Handle booking changes, cancellations, and scheduling Sales & Merchandising • Manage merchandise sales (online and onsite) • Track inventory and coordinate restocking Data Management & Reporting • Perform data entry and maintain databases • Compile monthly reports and statements Business Support • Assist in sourcing contacts and coordinating meetings • Support partnership and outreach efforts Vendor & Facility Coordination • Source quotations and liaise with contractors • Coordinate maintenance and operational requirements Events & Programmes • Assist in planning and execution of events, tournaments, and corporate bookings • Provide on-ground support when required Requirements • Minimum Diploma or equivalent • 1–3 years of relevant experience (admin / operations / customer service) preferred • Strong organisational and multitasking skills • Good communication and interpersonal skills • Comfortable using digital tools (booking systems, Google Workspace, etc.) • Able to work weekends when required • Interest in sports and active lifestyle is an advantage Working Hours • 5-day work week (including at least 1 weekend) • Flexible / hybrid arrangement depending on operational needs Salary & Benefits • SGD $2,000 – $2,900 (commensurate with experience) • Performance incentives (where applicable) • Career growth opportunities in an expanding company • Staff perks and access to sports facilities How to Apply Click “Apply Now” to register your interest!
