Role: Recruiter/Talent Acquisition Work location: CBD, near Raffles place/Downtown Salary: $3200-$4000 We are looking for a proactive anddetail-oriented Recruiter with strong client-facing skills and solid experiencein recruitment operations. The ideal candidate should be comfortableinteracting with clients, possess good analytical and calculation abilities,and be highly proficient in Excel for reporting and data management. Key Responsibilities: • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their hiring needs and provide effective recruitment solutions. • Communicate regularly with clients regarding hiring progress, candidate feedback, and market insights. • Manage end-to-end recruitment processes including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and coordinating candidate placements. • Track recruitment metrics, prepare hiring reports, and analyze data using Excel. • Coordinate interview schedules between clients and candidates. • Use Excel for data analysis, recruitment tracking, and reporting (pivot tables, formulas, etc.). Required Skills & Qualifications: • 1–4 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition. • Strong client-facing and relationship management skills. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. • Good analytical and calculation skills with attention to detail. • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (formulas, data analysis, reporting). • Ability to manage multiple roles and deadlines simultaneously. • Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
