• Prepare and process sponsorship documents for recipients. • Collect, verify, and maintain HR-related data from healthcare employers. • Gather and compile programme-related data from health care employers and grant administrators for reporting purposes. • Support data processing and record management to ensure accurate and timely reporting. • Coordinate and support meetings, including scheduling, attendance tracking, meeting setup, and note-taking. • Assist with case management activities such as information gathering, record compilation, and follow-up tasks. • Provide general administrative support to officers and project teams as required.
