About the Role Join a leading financial institution's marketing team, where the focus is on delivering meaningful customer experiences through innovative marketing solutions. We are looking for a motivated, independent, and dynamic Marketing Specialist to support the Wealth and Private Client Loyalty Marketing team. In this role, you will help drive loyalty initiatives and exclusive client experiences designed to recognise and reward high-net-worth clients, while working closely with both internal and external stakeholders. Key Responsibilities • Manage the referral programme for Wealth and Private Client segments, including fulfilment and programme administration. • Oversee festive gifting programmes, including sourcing, fulfilment, and delivery of year-end gifts and seasonal campaigns. • Coordinate red packet projects, including design approvals, production, and delivery. • Support the review and enhancement of client-facing digital platforms and booking experiences. • Assist with ad-hoc client communications across Wealth and Private Client segments. • Manage corporate premiums and related fulfilment activities. Requirements • Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related discipline. • Minimum 3 years of relevant marketing experience. • Prior exposure to Wealth Management, Private Banking, Financial Services, or Luxury Client Marketing is highly preferred. • Strong organisational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications. • A collaborative team player who can work effectively across functions and with external partners.
