Job Responsibilities: • Manage the full recruitment cycle from sourcing to successful placement • Source and engage potential candidates through various recruitment channels • Conduct interviews and assess candidates’ suitability for available opportunities • Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates and clients • Understand clients’ hiring needs and provide suitable talent solutions • Coordinate interviews, salary negotiations, and offer management • Provide career advice and market insights to candidates • Develop new business opportunities and expand client accounts Requirements: • Diploma or Degree in any discipline • Strong communication and interpersonal skills • Enjoy interacting with people and building relationships • Strong organisational and multitasking abilities If you are passionate about connecting people with opportunities and enjoy working in a results-driven environment, we would love to hear from you!
