About this role
The Graduate Industry Traineeships (GRIT) Programme is an initiative by Workforce Singapore (WSG) that offers fresh graduates with traineeship opportunities for a period of 6 months across various sectors. The programme aims to support fresh graduates, with no prior working experience, from Universities, Polytechnics, Institutes of Technical Education (ITE) and other Educational Institutions (e.g. private universities and overseas institutions), amid uncertainties in the economy. It supports structured traineeships for trainees to gain hands-on industry-relevant experience and skills, preparing them for successful transition into full-time employment. All trainees must fulfil the following criteria: • Graduated in 2024, 2025 or 2026 from Universities, Polytechnics, Institutes of Technical Education (ITE), or other Educational Institutions (e.g. private universities and overseas institutions); or • Graduated earlier from above institutions and completed National Service in 2024, 2025 or 2026 • Applicants must have no prior working experience and must be prepared to commit to a full-time traineeship MAIN PURPOSE At Clé de Peau Beauté, the Regional Brand Team’s mission is to build long-term brand equity and accelerate brand growth and market share growth in the region by partnering closely with Global Brand Holder, internal corporate functional teams and Local Market teams, which include Taiwan, Korea, Thailand, Vietnam, Singapore, Malaysia, Philippines and Indonesia. We are looking for an enthusiastic marketing trainee to join our regional brand team. This traineeship will help you acquire strategic marketing, analytical, stakeholder management, project management and leadership skills. It will provide you with knowledge and exposure to various aspects of marketing and brand building from innovation, marketing strategy development, integrated marketing communications, digital marketing, PR, CRM, project management, and execution. Ultimately, you will gain broad and rich experience in brand building! KEY RESPONSIBILITIES 1. Support business analysis, competitive analysis, presentation, and brand strategy development 2. Support brand’s Ecommerce and Digital projects to drive online acceleration and brand building 3. Support Regional Digital & Social Assets development projects 4. Support in review of marketing plans from the markets, ideate new regional plans proposals and ensure excellence in execution and track performance. This will cover Media, Digital, PR, Instore, E.com, Promotions and Education. 5. Support team in day to day marketing-related processes REQUIREMENTS • Past experience(s) related to brand marketing / strategy building* in FMCG, Prestige, Beauty * Working experience in creative agency, research agency, consulting company is welcome ** Beauty experience is preferred, but not mandatory. • Excellent communication skills – both written and verbal • Strong collaboration and people management skills • Self-motivated and can work independently • Great excel and powerpoint skills
