About this role
Job ScopeDelivering transformed Registry (counter) services through digital means, including communicating digitally with members of the public, managing and resolving service challenges, and performing service recovery where needed. For example, processing and verifying various types of filings and requests for fee waiver submitted through the E-Services Portal and communicating requirements through remarks viewed by members of the public on their dashboard in the portal. • Attending to walk-in enquiries or Court/Registry service-related requests at the Registry counter or via digital means. • Answering FAQs related to Court processes to members of the public and stakeholders at the Registry counter or via digital means. Requirements• Diploma in any discipline with relevant experience in project management related to systems development. • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Powerpoint) and ability to work with multiple IT systems. • Good communication and writing skills. Fluent in Malay language is an advantage due to primarily dealing with Malay customers. • Customer Service skills is an advantage • Organised with good time management skills. • Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality. • Passionate about service the community. Contract duration: 3 months (extendable by 9 months based on performance) Working Arrangement • Monday to Thursday: 8am to 5.30pm • Friday: 8am to 5pm • Not required to work during weekends and public holidays.
